This Month Twilio reported a new member to its Board of Directors, Elena Donio, President of Concur. Donio has played an essential role in Concur's evolution over the past 18 years, serving in a number of senior executive positions, from building and growing their small and mid-size business organization to running product management and worldwide sales and marketing. Donio joins Twilio's Board of Directors along with Rick Dalzell, formerly of Amazon, Byron Deeter of Bessemer Venture Partners, Jim McGeever of Netsuite, Scott Raney of Redpoint Venture Partners, and Twilio CEO,Chairman and co-founder Jeff Lawson.

Twilio, the startup that lets developers integrate voice, text and other communications services into mobile and web apps by way of a set of APIs, has stayed mum in answer to questions of when it might finally make the leap to go public.
