Assured Software Names New President

Kelowna, B.C., June 28, 2010 - Assured Software Limited, a leading software supplier to the restoration industry has appointed Brian Cannon to the position of President. The company's previous president, Dave Coombs, will now sit on the Board of Directors and take an active role as Executive Vice-President.,

Brian Cannon has extensive experience in the software industry. As Vice-President of Sales Operations and Vice-President of Finance and Administration for Crystal Decisions (now Business Objects, an SAP company) Cannon took an active role in the growth of the company. During his eight years at Crystal Decisions, it grew from $10M to $305M in annual revenue.

Assured Software is a privately held company supplying restoration contractors with software to assist them track and manage their customers' items during the clean up and restoration process that typically follows events such as a fire or flood at a home or business. Its newest line of products, Assured Complete and Assured Contents, build on the success of JPP and POI, introducing advanced features and increased speed. Assured Complete job management software for restoration contractors handles all aspects of a restoration job, including scheduling, equipment tracking, and customer contact. Assured Contents inventory listing software catalogues and tracks items as they move from the loss site through cleaning and repair and back to the customer.
