ATEN International Offers Real-World Demonstrations of Professional A/V Solutions at InfoComm India 2014

Exhibit Includes New 16x16 Modular Matrix Switch with Video Wall Support, HDMI Wireless Extender, and USB-to-Bluetooth Tap KM Solution

ATEN International (TAIEX: 6277), the world-leading designer and manufacturer of advanced connectivity and management solutions, today announced that it will showcase several professional A/V solutions at InfoComm India 2014 (September 17-19, Booth #C45). At the show, ATEN will provide live demonstrations of its VM1600 Matrix Switch, VE829 HDMI Wireless Extender, and CS533 Tap USB-to-Bluetooth solution.

* Traffic Center Environment with Real-Time Video Wall of 16 Displays – The VM1600 16x16 Modular Matrix Switch, now with video wall support of up to 16 displays, is ideal for traffic control centers and surveillance environments where multiple operators can view and analyze an array of video feeds. The VM1600’s seamless switching provides real-time monitoring and remote management, allowing personnel to simultaneously operate environments running on multiple computers and video wall displays.

* Wireless Extension Offers Clutter-Free Connectivity to Home Theater Environments –In a living room and study setting, the VE829 HDMI Wireless Extender transforms home entertainment environments with remote content sharing and smooth streaming capabilities. The extender wirelessly connects devices, providing cable-free connectivity and installation. Switching independently between any of five sources between two HDTVs and using an IR remote control makes content sharing easy. WHDI technology ensures low latency (under one millisecond) and delivers uncompressed HD, 1080P and 3D content between distances up to 30 meters. The VE829 is also ideal for conference rooms and other commercial, retail and education environments that require the versatility to configure multiple sources and displays.

* Extending Mobile Devices to the Desktop – ATEN’s CS533 Tap offers a USB-to-Bluetooth KM switch that extends smartphones and tablets to an existing desktop keyboard and monitor. The space-saving solution provides connectivity between any USB keyboard, mouse and trackpad and two mobile devices, making accessibility fast, easy and convenient.

"India represents a growing market for professional A/V products, driven by the need to address business-to-business applications and consumer solutions," said Kevin Chen, President of ATEN International. "At InfoComm India 14, ATEN’s exhibit offers live demonstrations of our top-selling solutions, all within real-world applications that represent professional and consumer environments."

In addition to the live demonstrations, ATEN will also showcase a full range of professional A/V solutions including the sister product to the VM1600, the VM5808H HDMI Matrix Solution.
