Shortly after launching the company in July 2015, Owners Ryan & Stephenie Lucia enabled their employees to nominate homeowners who need "a break" to offer their services at a huge discount or even free. With a focus on single parents, veterans, and elderly, Ryan and Stephenie started the business to make money but have always believed giving is a core characteristic of successful businesses and people.
