Atlanta Leadership Summit gives "Blueprint for Life"

Online, November 3, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Business professionals, entrepreneurs, scholars, authors, speakers and other esteemed guest will meet to encourage and empower the community at large and the African American male population in particular.

The 2009 Atlanta Leadership Summit is organized by Atlanta Technical College, Institute for Males (AIM). AIM was developed to increase the number of males that receive a high school and college education and assist in eliminate recidivism within the community. The Institute for Males says their organization uses a wrap around approach to direct their participants in achieving their personal, academic and professional goals while eliminating barriers that may deter them from becoming productive citizens. Additionally, AIM states this forum is an extension of service that we provide to our participants to assist them in becoming servant leaders in their homes and communities.

One of the speakers includes a former stutter who is now an accomplished author, business consultant and motivational speaker. JaWar has written several books including How to Self-Publish for Profit, the Twitter Resource Book and the Music Industry Connection Book Series to name a few. JaWar challenges conventional views of how to succeed life and business by seriously exploring and promoting independence using his three step success system -THINK, PLAN, EXECUTE

The keynote address for the Atlanta Leadership Summit-Blueprint for Life will be given by Mr. Kevin Powell, Author of the Best Selling Black Male Handbook.
