Attrition Buster Bob Harris To Keynote Sonitrol National Dealer's Association 2012 Convention

Online, March 7, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The SNDA is delighted to announce that Mr. Bob Harris; President of Los Angeles based consulting firm Attrition Busters is slated to be the Keynote speaker for their 2012 Annual Convention. Harris will speak on a number of topics related to customer service excellence and specific ways service businesses can create their own economy in spite of the current financial situation in North America.

The SNDA will also host a golf tournament, as well as a several powerful training opportunities and exhibits. This convention is also set to launch a brand new series of iPad demonstration tools including training on each one so members will take this robust technology home and use it immediately after leaving the convention. Additional educational opportunities will be held geared toward installers and sales personnel including one on the ever technically challenging world of IP enabled security systems. Also added is a full day certification course on Thursday, taught by Dave Engebretson of Slayton Solutions.
