The Illinois Electronic Security Association has announced that Bob Harris, President of Los Angeles based Attrition Busters has been contracted to provide a day long business building seminar at the IESA Annual Membership Meeting on September 8th.

The first session entitled, "How Much Are We Leaving Behind?" will be held from 8:00 AM to noon and covers ways to generate more recurring profitable business in a lousy economy by enhancing awareness of opportunities many business people rarely see, which are often just under your nose. A few of the session topics they list are, maximizing the value of existing customers, effective bundled service packages, added value opportunities, proactively identifying low hanging fruit and customer relationship bonding tools.
The afternoon session which will run from 1PM to 5PM is called, "From Satisfied to Delighted".
