Over 125 people attended the auction that was held at the Terrace Hotel in downtown Lakeland, FL on Saturday, May 22.

Each unit was sold at absolute auction to the last in highest bidder. There were no minimum bids or reserves. The Lofts on the Park Condominiums were constructed in 2007 and overlook historic Munn Park.
