Auslogics Releases BoostSpeed 7 with Major Improvements

The recently rolled out version 7 of Auslogics' award-winning PC optimizer BoostSpeed introduces new features and significant functionality improvements.

Auslogics Software, a privately owned Australian publisher of computer maintenance and optimization products, has announced the release of Auslogics BoostSpeed 7, a redesigned version that includes new features such as the Action Center, several new Live Speedup tools, and more.

BoostSpeed is a widely popular system utility suite that offers an extensive selection of computer optimization and maintenance tools for computer users of any experience level. Highly rated by multiple online sources and printed magazines, this software comes recommended as a comprehensive solution for maintaining top performance on Windows-based computers.

Three new tools have been added to the Live Speedup section, including Auto Defragmentation to prevent file fragmentation, Disk Priority Management to give active programs priority disk access and Desktop Protection to prevent desktop crashes. Together with the existing CPU and memory optimization tools, the newly added features ensure real-time performance enhancement, which makes the software even more effective for everyday use.

The Privacy Protection section in BoostSpeed 7 has been enhanced with added functionality, better clarity in the way information is presented and improved hints. Users can now review what kind of private information is being stored, review a list of items uncovered during the scan and select what gets erased. A scan for adult website traces has been added for a more thorough privacy cleanup.

The brand-new Action Center introduced in BoostSpeed 7 provides PC improvement recommendations that are based on each system’s current status. The advice includes enabling certain Windows features for improved security, or installing additional applications to cover essential system needs, such as antivirus software (if none is installed), data backup tools and similar. The Action Center recommendations help the user better protect their data, ward off virus infections and prevent other potential problems, which can be especially helpful for novice users who have little experience in dealing with these issues.

The All Tools section has been completely overhauled for better usability with a new screen added for each tool to provide detailed information on what the tool does and when it can be used. Users can now customize the main scan and repair by adding or excluding categories or subcategories as fits their needs. Additionally, the company has made numerous other improvements and enhancements to the software suite as a result of user feedback and with the intent of making the program even more novice-friendly.

A free trial version of Auslogics BoostSpeed 7 is available from the publisher’s website at www.auslogics.com. The full program version can be purchased for USD49.95, with one license covering 3 PCs. Promotional discounts are offered through the website, as well as the publisher’s Facebook page and various software distribution channels.
