Author Drew G. Mitchell's New Book 'Wild King and the Three Cities' is a Captivating Novel Filled With Action and Magic as Combatants Battle Their Foes

Drew G. Mitchell has completed his new book, "Wild King and the Three Cities": a compelling work that introduces five combatants. Amman is a bow and bombs user of the military order familie, a group of orphan protectors and rescuers. Nae Koola is a power smith of Tubal, a smithing guild that can be located in Onnota. Beretta is a huntress and botanical expert. Rawl is a former knight turned experience patroller and respected Onnota citizen.

Author Drew G. Mitchell is a 28-year-old Black male, first-time author, and rendering artist who graduated from Ypsilanti High School in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Drew continued his education after some years of working at MIAT, an aviation mechanics school. Drew finished with a 3.5 GPA. He continued working for some time. While doing so, he would tell himself stories to make the workday go by faster. Eventually, Drew put pen to paper and began to write. In the beginning, it was about extra money, but as Drew honed his writing skills, each new draft developed. It became about crafting a story in which are not explicitly Black characters or only Black characters. His goal became to create a tale about strong Black women. Being essential to not only the storyline's plot but the world within it and the great Black male role models. It's for adults to not only emulate but hopefully enjoy all the same.

Author Drew G. Mitchell writes, "Taunting him, the tribesman charges with the gutted mercenary's sword. He swings furiously, but the blow is deflected by the unnatural strength of this man. As he moves to the side, he swings downward, but he is blocked. Their swords locked till the tribesman is pushed back. He takes a few steps back, as does his opponent. Their positions switched. The tribesman charges again. But before they connect, chains wrap around him, thrown by the other woman horse rider with their weight increased by magic, causing him to crash to the ground."

Published by Covenant Books of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Drew G. Mitchell's new book follows the combatants as they battle and conquer foes of the human form and animal persuasion, from bandits to monstrosities and their evolutionary statuses, which are known by the weapons that can be forged from them. There are strange weapons for offense or defense, starting with monstrosity being of a physical effect; terror, being of a magical effect; and originals made into living weapons being the last but a mix of both. This captivating story follows them through each city, town, and the wilds in between.
