Axis Global Partners Provides Service and Support to W.A. Thorpe and Sons, Ltd.

Axis' service reaches halfway around the world to rescue Thorpe and Sons from a faulty software solution.

Axis Global Partners, a consulting firm specializing in the implementation and support of Sage business management software solutions for small and medium sized enterprises, was able to remotely assist Thorpe and Sons when their Point of Sale system inadequacies began having an adverse impact on their operations.

The island of St. Helena is a British territory that sits amidst two million square miles of South Atlantic, between Africa and South America. An island that can only be reached by a six-day's journey by boat, it often takes up to two months to receive goods and supplies. This remote island is home to W.A. Thorpe & Sons Ltd. a family-owned business that provides residents and tourists with goods ranging from groceries to chain saws, through one wholesale depot and three retail shops.
