BadBob's BBQ: Award-Winning BBQ Pitmaster to Teach In-Depth Cooking Classes
Online, August 24, 2010 (Newswire.com) - DYERSBURG, TN: Award-winning BBQ contest circuit champion Bobby Grooms is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for cooks all over the country: BadBob's BBQ Master Class. The two-day instructional course will be held on Friday, October 22nd, in Dyersburg, TN.
Focusing on everything from backyard to professional grilling techniques, BadBob's BBQ Master Class promises in-depth lessons, procedures, tips, and tricks immediately capable of enhancing one's grilling experience and results while providing lessons in using different grill types; creating rubs and sauces; and cooking "competition-quality" whole hog, shoulder, and ribs. The course is limited to fifteen students to provide maximum hands-on experience and therefore covers a wider range of topics including: filet mignon, fish, and even grilled pizza. BadBob's BBQ Master Class offers a wealth of knowledge for grilling enthusiasts of all skill levels as students learn to properly prepare, cook, and present dishes utilizing the same award-winning methods used by professional BBQ teams and restaurants alike - as well as a few "must-know" trade secrets.
. The BBQ Master Class is offered on weekends - with a Friday night meet and greet followed by two full days of classes. Admission costs $500 per student and graduates receive a certificate of completion as well as a collection of BadBob's rubs, sauces and other items.
