BalanceLogic Acquires LANstar Technologies, Inc.

Waldorf, Maryland, August 4, 2014 (Newswire.com) - BalanceLogic, LLC announced today that it has acquired LANstar Technologies, Inc., a full service technology solutions provider based outside of Atlanta, GA. LANstar Technologies is Avaya Certified and provides IT Support and turnkey Phone solutions to small businesses. 

The company's IT services and capabilities and Avaya phone system offerings will help BalanceLogic continue to drive value to existing and new clients through these expanded service offerings. The acquisition is expected to double the company's revenue and will provide an instant dedicated sales and business development team.
