The jeweled clutches are available in different colors with a variety of gemstones set in sterling silver with 24kt gold. They are designed to coordinate with her Mongolian filigree jewelry and feature the same handcrafted filigree work her jewelry is known for. Buyers can now purchase sets of pendants, earrings, bracelets, rings, and clutches that all work together and compliment each other.

The jeweled clutches were first introduced at the 2011 Academy Awards. Garwood was invited to the Academy Awards red carpet event where she gifted her jewelry to the stars in attendance.
