Bardi Co. (BCo), a transnational investment bank based in Los Angeles, California, has executed a tripartite agreement with StoneMountain Management (SM) and Lev Entertainment (Lev).

BCo will support SM and Lev's network of professional and semi-professional athletes, managers, sports and entertainment teams, agencies, brands, and content creators while increasing the scope of its investment banking and corporate finance advisory services in the media and entertainment sector globally.

The main vertical within the media and entertainment industry that the partnership will focus on is European football (i.e., teams, venues, agencies, branding and licensing, digital technology, etc.). Bardi Co. will provide a comprehensive range of financial solutions aligning its European banking heritage with modern, technologically driven methodologies.

"This three-way agreement has tremendous potential to benefit all parties involved and to create liquidity for sports clubs and their shareholders by giving them access to a diverse pool of capital," says Chris Manfre, Managing Director at Bardi Co.
