Seattle, April 8, 2015 (Newswire.com) - “Seattle’s World Famous Costume Coffee” announced that BMOC Partners who is a Baristas master franchiser has completed of an agreement of sale with the owners of the franchised Arthur Treachers, Nathans, Pudgies, eatery business at the Stroud Mall, Stroudsburg, Pa., that will result in the immediate rebranding of the popular eatery as a Baristas. A regional, 400,000 square foot urban mall with substantial weekday and capacity weekend traffic, the mall is only 78 miles from New York City’s Times Square, straddles the metro New York area border of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is alongside Interstate 80.
The location in the food court is being rebranded as a Baristas which is believed to be the highest and best use for this property in the opinion of the mall’s owner. The move was officially approved yesterday by the mall’s management which allowed us to complete the acquisition. Baristas joins neighboring Dairy Queen, Subway, and Sbarro, in the mall’s multimillion dollar food court area. BMOC has now “banked” the franchises acquired and may utilize them in the future in northeast Pennsylvania.
"Baristas and BMOC are committed to the expansion of the Baristas brand. This opportunity to gain access into such as marquis premium property became possible due to the recent exposure that Baristas has received. BMOCs willingness to buy the existing franchises in the location specifically for the purpose of closing them to allow Baristas into the mall further demonstrates their commitment to opening locations. The experienced mall operators determination that a Baristas was the highest and best use of the property speaks volumes to the strength that the Baristas brand is garnering.
