Bayshore Community Hospital Foundation Announces Four New Foundation and Hospital Board of Trustees

Bayshore Community Hospital Foundation is proud to welcome four new members to the Foundation Board of Trustees.

Wendell A. Smith, Esq., chairman of the Bayshore Community Hospital Foundation, is proud to welcome four new members to the Foundation Board of Trustees. The newly elected Foundation Board of Trustees include: Nicholas Colisto, Adrian Pristas, M.D., Philip Scaduto, and Ross Zimmerman.

• Nicholas Colisto is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. Nicholas previously held roles at Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Priceline.com, Hyperion Solutions, Inc., Bayer Corporation, and Pepsi-Cola. Nicholas is a member of the Rutgers University Industrial Advisory Board and the Brookdale Community College Academic Advisory Board, and previously served as an adjunct professor at Manhattanville College: School of Graduate Studies. He is the recipient of several IT industry awards, including the Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leaders, InformationWeek 100, and the CIO 100 by IDG's CIO Magazine, among others. Nicholas and his family live in Marlboro with their two children.

• Adrian Pristas, M.D. is a Meridian health physician affiliated with Bayshore Community Hospital and Riverview Medical Center. Dr. Pristas previously served on the Medical Executive Committee at Bayshore, in addition to serving as President of the Medical Staff from 2005-2008. Most recently Dr. Pristas served as the Medical Director for the Intensive Care Unit at Bayshore and was awarded the John C. Borden Award for proficiency and outstanding service in the field of internal medicine.

• Philip Scaduto is Vice President and co-owner of Food Circus Super Markets, Inc. Philip is a lifelong resident of Middletown, New Jersey and throughout his professional career, has been actively involved in many charitable and civic organizations, volunteering his time and offering financial support. In addition to his professional career at Food Circus, Philip served for six years on the Middletown Township Board of Education. Philip serves as Co-Chairman of the New Jersey Food Trust and was recently named Chairman of the New Jersey Food Council.

• Ross Zimmerman is the Senior Vice President/Managing Director for the Medical Lending Group, Private Banking Group, and the Commercial Lending Group within Two River Community Bank. Previously, Ross was with Wachovia for more than 24 years in various capacities. Ross is involved with numerous community and non-profit organizations, including serving on the Ronald McDonald House Board of Directors, and the Monmouth Park Charity Board of Directors.
