Beginning Again - In This Moment, A Special Spring Class Offered By White Lotus Life Coaching

In this Teleclass you will be given the foundational tools needed to handle change effectively. In addition, you will be given a blueprint to follow to change your life on your own terms before life makes the change for you. Having a blueprint will make the journey a bit smoother - whether or not we initiate the change. We all have to start over at various phases of our life - it would be nice to have a road map.

In this class you will learn:

-How to set healthy boundaries
-How to handle fear of failure
-The power of setting good intentions
-How to know what your feelings are telling you

This class will be taught in two 90-minute sessions. In each session we will cover the different aspects of beginning your life again along with time for Questions and Answers.

In addition:
You'll also get a free 1-hour follow up group coaching call to answer any questions you might have pertaining to the class and the plan you develop. This follow up call will be held a month after this class so you'll have some time to put your plan into practice. If you can't be on the call, don't worry, each of the calls will be recorded and you can still listen in on your own schedule.
