The online course lasts between thirty to forty minutes and can be taken as many times as an end user likes. Participants would need to earn an 80 percent to be considered proficient in their understanding of best practices and safe steps to take to prevent damage from malicious software. The course can be supplemented with weekly security tip emails as well as simulated phishing campaigns, which BEI has found to be very effective.
