Berlin Packaging Continues European Expansion With Acquisition of Verrerie Calvet in France
MILAN, April 4, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Berlin Packaging, the largest full-service supplier of glass, plastic and metal containers and closures, announced today the acquisition of Verrerie Calvet, a packaging supplier strategically located in Aimargues, France, the heart of Southern France’s food region. Verrerie Calvet brings extensive experience in packaging for wine, spirits, olive oil, gourmet seasonings, marinades and sauces.
Verrerie Calvet has been an important supplier of packaging for more than 20 years. Last year, the company worked with more than 1,700 companies in France and across Europe. Verrerie Calvet offers glass bottles and jars along with a wide range of metal containers, closures and specialty boxes and bags for transporting and shipping wine and oil.
