Best Workplaces for Commuters (BWC), in partnership with e-work.com, today launched an online Telework Certificate program.  The coursework includes five self-paced courses providing the skills, knowledge, tools, resources, and best practices for working in a remote environment for both teleworking employees and their managers.

One outcome of the pandemic has been a large increase in the number of Americans working from home. “We expect to see a long-term shift towards telework,” said Julie Bond, Program Director for Best Workplaces for Commuters. “Our new certificate program provides the needed training for managers and employees to successfully work in a remote environment.”  About 64% of BWC member employers currently offer a telework program.

A leader in the industry, e.work.com has delivered coursework to over 1 million workers with an average 95% satisfaction rate. “We are very excited to partner with Best Workplaces for Commuters to deliver best-in-class e-Learning courses for remote work and telework,” said Neil Norris, CEO of e-work.com.  “We cannot think of any better partner than Best Workplaces for Commuters to make these courses available to every size and type of organization, especially in today’s challenging times.”

The Best Workplaces for Commuters Certificate program will help organizations maintain their culture, communicate and collaborate better, and manage performance and accountability, while working in many different places and spaces.
