Example 1 - Merengue
Take two side steps towards right and then two towards left; left and right rapidly alternating Merengue dancing steps is easy to learn.
Step 1 Stand on right tiptoe and take one side step towards right, meanwhile stretch out the right hand and bend the left hand.
Step 2 Pull the left foot in, meanwhile bend the right hand and straighten out the left hand. Then following order, repeat Step 1 and Step 2, that is two side steps on the right and then two on the left and then back to the original place.
Example 2 - Reggaeton
This dancing step is so called Latin hip hop; waist and hips twisting is common; with hot and exciting music, it helps shape a slean waist.
Step 1 Right foot takes one step towards right and hips towards left.
Step 2 Use the strength of waist and leg to wriggle the hips towards right and then wriggle towards back to left; repeat 4 tempos and then change another side. Make both hands fists and sway naturally with the body.
Example 3 - Cumbia
Follow order Step 1 ~ Step 3, repeat 2 or 4 times and then change to the other side. In every step, the actions of hands and feet act at the same time.
Step 1 Right foot takes one step forward; right hand bends to an angle as 90 degrees, just like a gentlemaninviting his dancing partner, describing a curve from the top to the lower left.
Step 2 Pull the right foot in, righ hand decribes a curve from the lower left to the upper right and pull in.
Step 3 Right foot takes one step backward, right hand stretches out from the upper back. Back to Step 2 and finish a group of 4 tempos action.
Example 4 - Flemenco
In order to assume the essence of Flemenco dancing steps, when dancing, learners should face forward and keep serious expression.
Step 1 Right foot takes one big side step towards right; meanwhile with left hand on the hips, right hand bends to an angle as 90 degrees and puts on the chest with palm splaying out.
Step 2 Pull right hand in following order of little finger, ring finger, middle finger and index finger.
Step 3 Make a fist with the right hand and do the action of bending a bow.
Step 4 Pull the right foot in, meanwhile put down the right hand, then change to the left side.
