Billy the Exterminator Appears at 37th Annual Town Fair Tire World of Wheels

A&E star Billy "Billy the Exterminator" Bretherton will make a personal appearance at the 37th annual Town Fair Tire World of Wheels custom car show and motorsports exposition, Seaport World Trade Center, Boston, Apr. 1-3.

A&E star Billy Bretherton of the "Billy the Exterminator" television series will make a personal appearance at the thirty-seventh annual Town Fair Tire World of Wheels (http://www.worldofwheels.com) custom car show and motorsports exposition at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston's Seaport District the weekend of Apr. 1-3.

Bretherton will appear noon-5 p.m., Sunday, Apr. 3, at the Town Fair Tire World of Wheels, a show that for nearly four decades has offered Boston-area spectators the chance to see hundreds of custom vehicles, including specialty vehicles and magazine cover cars, meet and get free autographs from celebrities and be entertained by attractions for the whole family.

As the founder of the Louisiana-based, family-owned pest control business Vexcon, Billy Bretherton discovered his love of entomology while serving with the US Air Force in his twenties. While he has wrangled and trapped the creepiest of creatures, Billy's favorite job was at a 15-story building infested with more than 80,000 cockroaches. Billy previously had been featured on the Discovery Channel's "Dirty Jobs" series. Billy is well known for his unusual fashion style, consisting mostly of black leather garments, accessorized with silver jewelry and steel studs and spikes.

Celebrities making personal appearances in addition to Bretherton will include Zendaya Coleman, who plays Rocky in the Disney TV series "Shake it Up," and New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski.

The real stars of the Town Fair Tire World of Wheels, however, are the hundreds of dazzling custom vehicles created by local auto enthusiasts. They represent millions of dollars in one-of-a-kind hot rods, customs, street rods, collectibles, race cars, antiques, restorations, tuners and more.

In addition to America's finest hot rods, customs and motorcycles, the 2011 Town Fair Tire World of Wheels will feature Galpin Auto Sports' radical concept car Scythe; the 6-pack, a 6-wheeled wild custom from Mini Truckin' magazine; Goodguys Rod and Custom Association's hot rod of the year Downtown Brown, a custom Model A Ford; Dennis "Lil' Daddy" Roth's Streetnik Bandit; Motorama display of traditional rods, customs and bobbers; Drag City USA vintage racing car display; pinstriper jam and charity auction; and the Comic Bots at the Town Fair Tire exhibit.

Thirty-seventh annual Town Fair Tire World of Wheels show hours are Friday, April 1, 2011, 3-10 p.m., Saturday, Apr. 2, 2011, 10 a.m.-10 p.m., and Sunday, Apr. 3, 2011, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Admission is $15 for adults, $5 for children 6-12, free for children 5 and under.
