Binaural Meditation - Does It Really Work?
Online, January 30, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Spiritual mentor, Amiria Te Whaiti uncovers ancient Meditation technique that uses sound frequencies to assist one to meditate more effectively.
"As I began to read about Binaural Meditation, I was quite amazed to find that by tuning into a certain frequency of sound, one could actually meditate better, balance Chakra, view Aura, sleep better, and a whole host of other functions", Amiria reported today.
According to her findings, Amiria reveals that there are three sound frequencies available - binaural beats (that tune into our lower alpha brainwave frequencies), monaural beats (that tune into our delta brainwave frequencies) and isochronic tones (that tune into our theta brainwave frequencies).
"The three different brainwave frequencies mentioned above, are the very states of mind that one attains when in the mode of Meditation", Amiria confirms, "And the sound frequencies are so relaxing and soothing that I imagine them to be the sounds that a baby hears when they are in their mothers womb".
Amiria is certain that with regular practice, one is able to reach the state of Nirvana which is the ultimate Meditation level.
