Bioject Medical Technologies Inc. Files for Dissolution

Tigard, Oregon, December 19, 2016 (Newswire.com) - On November 28, 2016, the holders of a majority of the outstanding shares of common stock of Bioject Medical Technologies Inc.  (the “Company”), acting by non-unanimous written consent, approved the dissolution of the Company.  The dissolution was unanimously recommended for approval by the Board of Directors of the Company.  No assets remain available for distribution to holders of the Company’s common stock following dissolution.  Articles of Dissolution were filed in the State of Oregon on December 5, 2016. The Company expects to mail all shareholders a notice with this information during December 2016.
