BLANKSPACES has partnered with EdenRock Capital to open its second Los Angeles location, offering members even more collaborative workspaces and amenities. Dedicated to fostering an environment of collaboration among entrepreneurs and other creative professionals, BLANKSPACES members have access to an open work environment that is an alternative to the distractions of working at coffee houses or the isolation of home offices. It enables the exchange of ideas and provides a source of professional interaction as people begin hiring each other for their expertise within the workspace. In essence, BLANKSPACES serves as a social and professional community center.

BLANKSPACES was conceived by licensed architect Jerome Chang, whose vision was to design a supportive work environment that encourages professional freedom and stimulates business growth through collaboration and networking opportunities. Chang created this dynamic shared office destination to incubate business opportunities for like-minded, creative entrepreneurs. Members are offered a number of weekly workshops, seminars and networking events aimed to help nurture and grow businesses.

The new 7,500 square foot location features high-end architectural design and Steelcase furniture in private offices, open workstations, communal Work Bar and the collaborative media:scape Lounge. The two conference rooms seat 6-18 people; the small meeting room seats 4; the open Event Space accommodates 75+ seats. Technology at BLANKSPACES is state-of-the-art with wireless internet from both EoC and DSL connections, direct phone lines, mail, shipping/receiving, copying, faxing, scanning, printing, storage areas, whiteboards, projectors, HD TV's, and a digital Smart Board.

Membership types vary from Full-time, Part-time, and Virtual with prices starting at $100/mo for unlimited use of the Work Bar, $375/mo for a Workstation or $900/mo for a private office, including mailbox, phone, and conference room hours. Parking is available within 1 block, and office hours are convenient to every work schedule. Monday-Thursday: 8am-10pm; Friday: 8am-8pm; Saturday-Sunday: 10am-6pm.
