Online, July 24, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Bloog E-cigs recently reached an agreement with The Vaan Group, to integrate TVG's creative strategy and marketing services into the fast-growing E-cig company's expanding operations.
In an effort to facilitate its re-brand and image overhaul, Bloog has formally announced its partnership with a creative consulting, start-up company - The Vaan Group. TVG is a New York City-based company with experience developing budding companies through branding solutions and management, which it now hopes to apply to Bloog's new global brand positioning. TVG was formed by five young entrepreneurs and childhood friends who grew up with a collective vision of one day partnering in creative business.
The foundation for the group's partnership with Bloog took root in a similarly organic manner. In early 2011, one of TVG's founding partners ordered several Bloog E-cig starter kits in an effort to help the group quit smoking. After experiencing the Bloog's effectiveness first hand, they felt compelled to reach out to the E-cig company to express their gratitude and offer their services to help in whatever capacity they could. TVG immediately began working to help elevate the Bloog brand to new heights by advancing distribution in the New York region, promoting Bloog through sponsorship deals with fashion events, nightlife venues and music festivals, and generating multimedia content that captured the essence of company's ethos and better reflected the high quality of its products.
By early 2012 Bloog and TVG had formalized an agreement which would officially solidify their partnership moving forward. The details of the partnership indicate that TVG will operate as the E-cig company's in-house, creative strategy team in exchange for a piece of Bloog's equity. According to Xavier Armand, one of TVG's founding members; the strength of their partnership with Bloog lies in the nature of how the partnership itself began. "Who better to help carry out the creative vision for the brand than five young guys who successfully used the Bloog to quit smoking and joined the company to be able to pay it forward."
