The Montana native is currently in the running for PBR BFTS Rookie of the Year award, which is issued to the first-time rider in the series that amasses the most winnings. He won multiple state bull riding championships in high school and has continued to win at the professional level, though not in a BFTS event yet. He will continue entering qualifying events to raise his point and money total in the hopes of gaining eligibility for more BFTS events.
