Blue Tech Forms Strategic Partnership With Graylog

San Diego-based IT Firm Blue Tech Partners with Graylog for Enterprise Log Management and Analysis

Blue Tech Inc. and Graylog Inc. have announced a strategic partnership to address the mission-critical effort of log management. A massive, ever-increasing volume of machine data is being generated by modern IT infrastructures. Graylog’s solution offerings deliver a fast, scalable and affordable collection and analysis platform for operational intelligence. Blue Tech has been supporting the IT needs of the federal government for over 30 years and confronts daily the dilemma of shrinking budgets coupled with growing security and regulatory compliance requirements imposed on every agency in the public sector. The Blue Tech and Graylog partnership seeks to provide federal customers with a cutting-edge and cost-effective solution to these constant concerns.

Graylog has over 35,000 implementations globally, combining a new methodology to log management that is much easier to implement and use while being cost-effective in the IT environment of exponentially increasing amounts of data and mounting security and compliance regulations. Traditional log management solutions are quite costly while being difficult to use. Graylog combines ease of use through an intuitive user interface, the scalability to collect and enrich unlimited data from any source and the affordability to analyze it all so that customers aren’t left exposed by the unknown or undocumented.

“The missions of the federal government are always growing in scope and importance and budgets rarely keep up with the cost of the IT solutions needed to support these missions.  Log management is vital to the proper functioning of an IT environment and Graylog is easier to use while being much more cost-effective. Blue Tech is proud to offer this innovative solution to federal customers," said Susan Stone, CEO of Blue Tech.

“Graylog is focused on one thing: building the best log management system in the world, and a big part of that is recognizing that in the right hands, all data is valuable," said Logan Wray, CEO of Graylog. "Blue Tech sees their customers struggling against the current market model which force teams into choosing what data is important before they have an opportunity to evaluate and analyze it. That’s totally backwards and we’re excited to partner with Blue Tech as they open some eyes to new opportunities to serve and secure their systems.”

Blue Tech is now offering the Graylog solution to federal customers through their current prime contracts which include NASA SEWP V, NIH CIO-CS, Air Force NETCENTS-2 Products, and DHS FirstSource II and NIH CIO-CS, to name a few. Through these and their other contracts, Blue Tech provides the government with the Information Technology hardware, software and services required to ensure the efficient operation of the IT environment.
