Bluesound Joins Forces With Hi-Res Audio Leaders for CES 2018
Bluesound unites with music and audio technology leaders to showcase the benefits and advantages of hi-res audio streaming at the Hi-Res Audio Pavilion.
LAS VEGAS, January 9, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Bluesound, the world’s first wireless music ecosystem to support hi-res audio streaming throughout the home, will have a selection of products for demonstration as an official partner of the Hi-Res Audio Pavilion at CES 2018, January 9 – 12. Located in the Central Hall (Booth #14735) of the Las Vegas Convention Center, and part of the Stream the Studio™ initiative, the HRA pavilion is designed to highlight the key listening benefits of hi-res music and educate consumers on the end-to-end process of creating music—from recording to production, to storage and to playback.
“With MP3s, listeners are barely getting five percent of what the artist recorded. Hi-res audio is giving the listener a chance to get closer to that moment of recording, which is closer to the artist’s vision than they were previously able to get with lower-quality music formats,” said Matt Simmonds, Bluesound Product Manager. “At Bluesound, it excites us that we continue to drive the hi-res audio experience through hardware and software advancements, as we see a trend growing among listeners demanding a richer, more engaging music experience.”
