Bookle (http://www.bookle.in), India's first online bookstore for kids, has launched a repurchase programme for used books. Privileged customers of Bookle will now be able to exchange their used books for 50% of the purchase price.
The programme is in line with Bookle's overall objective of bringing high quality reading to everyone at an affordable cost. "With this programme, our customers will be able to read more books while bringing down their overall cost of purchase of books", said Haribabu Thilakar, founder of Bookle. "We have seen an overwhelming demand for high quality used books and we want to close the loop by letting customers return the books they no longer need", he added.

The industry has seen a surge in demand for used books in recent times, with a proliferation of websites and facebook groups. Bookle has been leading the trend with a well organized website that enables discovery and purchase of rare books that are often unavailable on leading online bookstores such as Amazon and Flipkart.
