Boomerang Leads Creates Innovative Partnership with Inkscale Realty

Online, August 23, 2012 (Newswire.com) - A few months ago, Boomerang Leads (a Utah-based online marketing company) established a partnership with B.J. Hooker, a real estate agent of Inkscale Realty, a premier real estate brokerage in Washington, D.C. Boomerang created an innovative website for Inkscale, which will allow home buyers a simple opportunity to find homes, and for real estate agents the opportunity to work with those consumers.

DCHomesforSale.com offers a state-of-the-art home listing display and search that home buyers can browse and inspect online. Another unique feature also allows them to take "virtual tours" of any property. The listings include standard single-family homes of all price ranges, but also include luxury homes, townhouses and condos.

Kirk Salisbury, the lead project manager for the website, said that the ultimate object of Boomerang Leads is "to create a win-win situation for home buyers and real estate agencies." It's easy for anyone to go on the website, narrow their search to the kind of property and price range that they're looking for, then start browsing."

Once a potential home buyer finds a property (or properties) that they're interested in, the website prompts them to leave contact information. A phone team from Boomerang calls the potential buyer to verify their information, and then forwards the buyer info straight to the realtor.

The realtor is then able to follow-up with the potential buyer. The goal then, according to Salisbury, is to translate the lead into a home sale. "Of course, like any referral in real estate, not all leads translate into home sales," he said. "But we have a high success rate, and many of our realtors are able to sell many, many homes a year from the online leads alone."
