Booming Business at New Firm Accounts and Legal

Young accountancy firm Accounts and Legal experiencing rapid growth. Building on their success as finalists in the British Accountancy Awards, a reputation for approachability and innovative products has their phones ringing off the hook.

New accountancy firm, Accounts and Legal, are coming to the end of their second year and business is booming. They’re growing at an unprecedented rate, taking on exciting new clients on a daily basis. Uniquely combining a business team with an accounts team has drawn in high-value clients, which have taken the young practice into profit even earlier than expected.

Their success could be attributed to the fact that their relationship with clients goes further than tax returns. Each month they use their ever growing online presence to promote their clients via their Client of the Month series and small business stories, featuring some of their most interesting clients.

Getting to know their clients and having an understanding of a strong digital presence is paying off. Clients appreciate their friendly, alternative approach, and both sides benefit from the blog articles. Featured clients report new social media followers flooding in, and Accounts and Legal themselves are experiencing their highest ever level of web traffic, through both social media and Google searches.

Enquiries keep their phones ringing and inboxes full, and proportionately their conversion rates from enquiries to business are also going from strength to strength. Hard work, good products and an enthusiastic commercial team working alongside the fundamental accountants, have all helped to ensure potential business doesn’t slip through the net.

The growth of their client base has of course meant their team has had to expand too; in the last fortnight alone they have hired two new members of staff, strengthening both their accountancy and marketing teams. Looking ahead, scheduled work is due for a sharp increase, and there is already talk of yet another addition to the accountancy team later in spring to meet demand.

And in addition to all of the above, as champions of youth in business, Accounts and Legal has been asked for a second year running to lend their expertise to charity Young Enterprise. Again they will be involved in judging and mentoring this year’s fresh talent, and are looking for ways to get their own clients involved. Last year, Business Manager Jennifer Welford was delighted to be part of Southborough High School’s Company Awards win, and ecstatic when they went on to take second place in the overall Fed-Ex Access Award, involving the best youth businesses from all over Europe.

Accounts and Legal is a vibrant company which has something people want; their packages are innovative and good-value. Over the last two years of development, word has spread about their efficiency, reliability and personal approach. They now have the clout and experience to inspire real confidence.

With the end of their second year in sight, the firm’s trajectory looks positive. They are more assured than ever in the work they do for their clients. They will continue to promote clients and develop innovative tools to change the face of accountancy.
