Boutique Hosts Fashion Show To Raise Money For Suicide Prevention

Online, March 13, 2012 (Newswire.com) - TT's Attic, a fashion and accessory boutique, is hosting the "HOPE is in the air" charity fashion show and fundraiser to raise money for suicide prevention. The Salt Lake City, Utah based boutique, sells women's and junior's apparel, jewelry, handbags, shoes, and accessories. The owner of TT's Attic, Blair Nastasi, is hosting the event on March 31, 2012 at the Best Western Carrier Circle in Syracuse, New York. The event will take place from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and is open to the public, although space is limited. The fashion show and fundraiser will include a runway show showcasing spring 2012 fashion, a gift show and raffle drawing. One hundred percent of the ticket sales, raffle proceeds and 20 percent of TT's Attic sales will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, which will also have a booth set up at the event. Nastasi established TT's Attic and the HOPE Is In the Air fashion show in memory of her best friend who passed away in September 2010. She is quoted as saying, "If I can change on persons life by creating awareness and reducing the suicide stigma, my efforts will be worth it." The Alpha Omega Solution, a local marketing firm is promoting the event with the help of university interns via social media and other media outlets. The event is being sponsored by several area businesses, including; Yummies Cheesecakes, Taste of India Restaurant, Second Chance Therapeutic Services and RECO Jeans NYC.
