New York - March 19, 2010 - Mark Opausky, President of BPS Resolver, announced today that it was recently awarded a contract by the New York Power Authority (NYPA), through a competitive bid process, for risk management support services. "NYPA is an ideal customer and partner. They are the nation's largest state public electric utility that also runs energy efficiency and clean-energy programs," said Opausky.

The BPS Resolver software will provide several NYPA business units with a centralized system for facilitating the sharing of risk information, and organizing many elements of risk management reporting and administration.
