Braddock's Tavern Debuts New Fall Menu
Medford, NJ, November 3, 2015 (Newswire.com) - As the variety of autumn colors begins to cover the Delaware Valley, Medford’s Braddock’s Tavern meets the season with a new fall menu. The backbone of the menu is incorporating fresh, locally grown produce, the hallmark of a changing seasonal selection.
Patrons can indulge in a main course of Rosemary Boar Chops or sample a fall favorite, stuffed acorn squash with roasted root vegetables, honey goat cheese, craisins and pumpkin seeds.
"It's a new seasonal take with the same culinary craftsmanship that we try to deliver for every dining experience."
Bob Wagner, Managing Partner
“It’s a new seasonal take with the same culinary craftsmanship that we try to deliver for every dining experience,” says Managing Partner Bob Wagner. Though patrons enjoy the new variety in a fall menu, a perennial favorite is the Homemade Black Angus Meatloaf. “We individually create the meatloaf and caution our diners that it takes about 25 minutes to create,” says Wagner. "We make it from scratch and cook each one in its own aluminum foil container. There’s comfort food and then there’s our Black Angus Meatloaf. As one diner told me, ‘It’s crazy good.’”
What is unchanged, however, is colonial atmosphere that Braddock’s has cultivated and perfected for more than 190 years. The fully stocked bar and array of dining areas are enough to keep patrons warm on even the chilliest of fall nights. Warmer still are the friendly dining staff, who will leave their customers feeling welcomed and satisfied.
