A year-end analysis of site traffic and search data for Breast360.org revealed some interesting trends that may signal what patients and caregivers will look for in 2018. The most read article at Breast360.org in 2017 was on fibroadenomas, common benign tumors of the breast that affect as many as 10 percent of women. Visitors also most often read articles about breast biopsies, breast surgery, dense breasts and breast imaging, anesthesia options for breast surgery, tomosynthesis (3D mammography), ultrasound technology, ductal carcinoma in-situ and other abnormalities seen in breast imaging.

Many young women are finding information at Breast360.org about Idiopathic Granulomatous Mastitis (IGM), a condition common in young women (less than the age of forty), and is often seen in women of Hispanic descent. This may signal that increased awareness of breast issues by younger women is driving them to seek information online. The section on survivorship, which includes follow up care, was also highly viewed.
