With 37 years of experience, Dintino brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry. When asked why she​ decided to go into finance, Dintino said:

"It's kind of a fluke, but when I moved out to Colorado, I didn't know anybody so I went to a temp agency to find employment. They asked me what I do, and I said ‘well, I can type and I can speak on the phone’. They told me about Security Distribute Mortgage, a big mortgage company right across the street. There, they said they needed somebody to make some calls on 30 days delinquent mortgages, and I said, ‘I can do that’. They hired me on the spot and the rest is history. I just learned by doing."

As a leader in her field, Dintino always makes sure to keep up to date on the latest trends. She watches interest rates and the state of the economy, which she says is starting to turn around. Dintino loves to share her knowledge and experience with everyone she can. One of her favorite aspects of her job is educating first-time home buyers. She is dedicated to educating her clients and making sure they are planning for the long-term. She noted:
