BroadRamp™ Acquires Science Logistics Incorporated To Offer Services to Its Government Clients

BroadRamp adds a veteran company and new services to provide additional value to their government sector.

San Antonio-based high-definition (HD) video streaming and interactive e-commerce specialist, BroadRamp, today announced the incorporation of Science Logistics, Inc. (SLI) into its government division, NoWaitMedia™. SLI is service disabled veteran owned small business specializing in high-end technology solutions for government agencies.

BroadRamp CEO, Sean Darwish, and SLI CEO, Clay Mallory, both acknowledged a common similarity in the vision for their respective companies. They will jointly pursue business through NoWaitMedia, BroadRamp's government division re-launching this year. "We are local companies that bring significant combined value to the industry. Both of our companies have been awarded and completed government contracts in the past and will continue doing so moving forward." Darwish stated. "With the release of the new version of Managed Content Delivery System™ (MCDS™) and the incorporation of SLI into NoWaitMedia, we will be able to pursue many new opportunities within the government channel." Darwish added.

In addition to BroadRamp's newly enhanced MCDS, NoWaitMedia will play a major role in providing unique HD video streaming, educational programs, interactive electronic media manuals, large file transfer and other high-end services to government agencies. NoWaitMedia is positioned to compete for numerous government contracts that previously could not be completed due to technical challenges. This was primarily due to large file sizes and content that needed to be transferred from government clients to NoWaitMedia in order to perform services. SLI quickly identified how the new offering from BroadRamp will provide the ideal solution to this common problem facing government agencies across the globe.

Clay Mallory went one step further. "Science Logistics notices an opportunity to expand our business into an arena previously considered out of bounds for us. With various agencies of the government, including the Department of Defense (DoD), moving more and more large content online, we could not pass up this opportunity to join with a technology leader like BroadRamp to drive NoWaitMedia." Clay indicated.

BroadRamp maintains a major role in the industry with its ability to deliver high-end HD video content faster, easier and at a lower cost than anyone else. With new developments released this year, BroadRamp will again prove itself as an innovator and online powerhouse. "Content Delivery Without Compromise™" continues to be BroadRamp's significant platform.
