Bruce Shick Joins EMS
Global Corporate Real Estate Industry Veteran Appointed as a Director in Consulting Practice

Expense Management Solutions, Inc. is proud to announce that Bruce Shick has joined the firm as a Director in the consulting practice. With more than 30 years of corporate real estate experience working for global companies, Bruce will contribute significantly to the expanding real estate consulting practice.
Bruce has spent the last nine years at Sun Microsystems as IT Infrastructure Projects Manager and as the Global Real Estate and Facilities Services Manager. During his time at Sun, Bruce was responsible for the 10 million plus sf portfolio, which included global contracts for IT infrastructure engineering, real estate services, integrated facilities management, environmental health and safety (EH&S), and imaging.
A fixture in the Boston real estate community, Bruce also served as the President of CoreNet New England and is currently the Chair of the CoreNet Global Chapter Learning.

Prior to Sun, Bruce was a Vice President with Fidelity Investments, where he managed the Boston region facilities and construction. At Fidelity, Bruce spearheaded the development of the CAD/CAFM system for seven million square feet national occupancy database. Previously, Bruce was a Senior Real Estate Manager with Wang Laboratories and operations manager with regional technology and financial services firms.
