the proposed Metro connectivity to Greater Noida presents dream opportunities for developers, Tarun Shienh ( CMD Premia Group and Real Estate Guru) tells Millennium Post
In a few words, how would you describe the developments that have taken place or are being planned in the Delhi-NCR?
It is true that Delhi/ NCR has seen a tremendous upliftment in terms of the amenities, connectivity and infrastructural development in the past few years alone. There are bigger and much better highways connecting the once far-flung corners of NCR to the heart of Delhi.
For instance, the Yamuna Expressway is one of the best feats of infrastructural achievement across the country. Metro connectivity, both completed and in progress, is another boon.
Infrastructural developments in Greater Noida has been absolutely phenomenal. All these are being utilised to the maximum by the real estate community of the capital.
Catapulting the growth all around the Yamuna Expressway is just the example for this. The proposed metro-connectivity to Greater Noida has presented opportunities that have been grabbed with both hands by developers.
In addition to this, massive development activities are underway in the satellite towns of Kundli, Manesar, Bhiwadi, Panipat and Sonipat owing to the proposed orbital rail corridor, the KMP (Kundli-Manesar-Palwal) Expressway, announcement of major SEZs' business corridors and education hubs.
All these have played their respective parts in shaping up Delhi/ NCR to appear as it does today and contributed tremendously towards planned and completed development around the region.
