Bullseye Has a Successful 2017, Sets Goals for 2018

Bullseye Event Marketing's Director of Operations discussed her team's goal-focused approach to success. She addressed the firm's latest accomplishments as well as her plans for a record-breaking New Year.

“Bullseye Event Marketing has come a long way since we’ve opened our doors,” said Callie, the company’s Director of Operations. “As always, our mantra is to keep pushing. This has been a great year, but it isn’t over yet! I am constantly evaluating where I am as a leader and as a coach, and where we are as a business. We continue to network, adapt, and innovate new and fresh ideas that will help us grow as a unit and as individuals. My goal financially is to maximize on the fourth quarter and bring in another $600,000 in gross revenue to our business and our partners.”

As far as their achievements to date, Callie noted that Bullseye Event Marketing has grown out of its first office space in half the time she projected. She also won the Presidents Club Award at the Dominican Republic rest and relaxation retreat. There were many promotions throughout the team as well, with people taking greater responsibility in their roles.

“What’s more, it’s been exciting for us to roll out new brands and see then thrive in the marketplace,” Callie added. “It means we’re moving closer to our goal of expanding into new markets nationally. Of course, it’s also been great to bring team members with me to leader’s conferences and retreats to reward them for their hard work.”

In 2018, Team Bullseye Event Marketing intends to continue providing value, service, and opportunity to people in and out of the firm. Callie will develop four new executive regional managers and help them fulfill their ambitions. She plans to surpass $3 million in gross revenue for the Fort Worth office, win another award at the annual retreat, travel the world, speak at leader’s conferences, and get better every day.

“Goal-setting really works for us because it drives us to progress in a timely manner and gives us focus,” Callie continued. “After all, if we’re not moving forward, we’re moving backward! Around the office, we tell each other, ‘You run the day or the day runs you.’ We are in control of our attitudes, habits, choices, and futures. We take charge every day. As Brendon Burchard says, ‘Create the charged life you deserve.’ That’s exactly what we’re doing!”
