Business Superbrands Makes Its Debut in Singapore
Business Superbrands made its debut in Singapore early this year. Superbrands organization entered Singapore in year 2002 and has since launched 4 successful consumer Superbrands programmes. This however is the debut for Business Superbrands program.
Online, March 23, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Mark Pointer, CEO of Superbrands Singapore said 'Business Superbrands identifies and celebrates some of the world's strongest examples of business to business brands. Singapore has a long established history of strong branding of consumer brands, but building brands is just as important within a business to business environment and this has become increasingly recognized. As a mature market, Singapore is home to many hugely successful business to business brands. Business Superbrands pays tribute to their hard work and success and will provide them with a platform to leverage their Superbrands Status not only to key stakholders and business partners, but also to a wider audience both at home and abroad'
Business Superbrands provides brands with a year round multi-tiered marketing platform to leverage their status with key stake holders and customers. The programme provides brands with 5 major leverage points, usage rights of Business Superbrands logo, invitation to the presentation ceremony, brand case study in the Business Superbrands reference book, invitation to Superbrands media activities and display of brand case study in Superbrands website with links to the brand's own website.
Since the programme launched earlier this year, it has successfully recognized many highly regarded B2B brands in Singapore, across different industries, including Singtel, AFor (EpiCentre), Power Plus, Boustead, Best World Lifestyle, LORENZO, Sunray, Xpress Holding...etc. Many of these true Business Superbrands are currently heavily involved in the development of the most prominent projects in Singapore, like Resorts World Sentosa, International Resorts.
When asked about how SingTel's position in the business world, Executive Vice President of SingTel Business Group, Bill Chang said 'SingTel has transformed from a provider of pure 'carriage' services to a leading regional provider of next-generation managed Infocomm Technology (ICT) and multimedia solutions. With this vision, 'together with excellent products & services from Apple and understanding of consumers' needs, EpiCentre realigned the business strategy and aim to offer customers a one-stop digital lifestyle shopping experience'
