Bustling Booking for a Berth in 27th Motor Expo

Online, June 10, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Inter-Media opened the first area reservation session for "The 27th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2010", confirming its readiness to host yet another grand Motor Expo in sync with the upbeat outlook for car market in the last quarter. Car companies and accessory vendors are following the earth-loving vehicle trail. Many are already contemplating creative settings to flaunt their eco cars.

Kwanchai Paphatphong, President and CEO of Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. and Organizing Chairman of "THE 27th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2010" said the company was making preparations to make Motor Expo a great event during December 1-12, 2010 at IMPACT Challenger 1-3, Muang Thong Thani. He was confident the car market would be on the upbeat at that time as in past years. There were indications that several car companies would debut or exhibit prototype cars including eco cars in the Motor Expo. He expected the automotive industry to grow by 10% in the year 2010 and the economy to surge noticeably in the last quarter.

The Motor Expo this year will continue to be held on the 60,000 sq. m. of space inside IMPACT Challenger 1-3. The largest car display area is 1,480 sq. m. and the smallest is 308 sq. m. Area reservation session on the first day (today June 9th) attracted a large number of car companies as all concerned were pretty confident the car market would continue to grow, as evidenced by sales increases in the first quarter especially export sales. Even though the second quarter might be retarded a bit by the domestic politics, the market was expected to pick up significantly from the third quarter.

The Organizing Chairman of "THE 27th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2010" continued, "As organizer, I have confidence from the outset that the picture of cooperation involving all stakeholders - the State, Manufacturers and Consumers - will become apparent in the Expo which is based on the concept Unify...Create Earth-Loving Vehicles, to promulgate unified solving of the global environmental issues.

"The 27th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2010" will be held during 1-12 December 2010 at IMPACT Challenger 1-3, Muang Thong Thani. Opening hours: Monday to Friday at 12.00-22.00 hrs, Saturday to Sunday and official holiday at 11.00-22.00 hrs. Ticket is available until 21.00 hrs everyday.
