Ike Nelson brings specialized experience with focus on customer empowerment

Ike Nelson has accepted the role of Vice President of Customer Success and brings a wealth of experience in both customer success executive leadership and digital learning.

Nelson created a strong foundation for his career at Instructure, the makers of Canvas. After scaling the Canvas customer success organization from one to 60 customer success managers, he was tapped to build the customer success organization for Bridge, Instructure's enterprise learning management platform. Since then, he has guided customer success departments to peak performance by establishing a solid foundational architecture.
