Canadian Premium Sports Nutrition Brand Nutrabolics® Launches New Logo as Phase One in a 2015 Brand Evolution
While premium sports nutrition brand Nutrabolics® has withstood the test of time with its quality product offerings and its high-tech ingredients, Nutrabolics® recently concluded that now was the perfect time to redefine its brand identity by launching phase one of their 2015 brand evolution.
Vancouver, BC, February 19, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The Canadian supplement company Nutrabolics® is a leader and innovator in a crowded sports nutrition industry that is getting denser every year. While this premium sports nutrition brand has withstood the test of time with its quality product offerings and cutting-edge ingredients, Nutrabolics® recently concluded that now was the perfect time to redefine its brand identity in order to synchronize with bold ambitions for the future.
The company has proceeded through several branding iterations since its launch in 2002, from the original lowercase outlined font paired with an “advanced sports innovations” tagline and then on to “science and innovation.” Nutrabolics’® logos have always called attention to its primary competitive edge - the myriad of high-tech ingredients featured across the product line. In a complete re-imagination, Nutrabolics’® new logo opts to represent these innovative ingredients and values in a more abstract way, dropping its characteristic yellow lines and slogan in favour of a new sci-fi looking sans serif font and DNA inspired tech helix symbol.
"We've had an amazing 13 years with our branding, there is always a little nostalgia there but we are very excited for the future and how the new branding will represent us to our customers. Now is the time to reinvent our aesthetic and project a strong brand message to align our vision for the future of the company."
Rodney Dupont, CEO
There are definitely still links to Nutrabolics’® history in the new design: its signature red dot and bold white lowercase typeface, but overall this is a much more modern, cohesive and self-defining form to represent and re-assert the brand’s science-heavy mentality and formulaic approach.
“These are very exciting times for us,” says Marketing Director, Dean Maier. “Seeing this evolution progress over the past months has been incredible. The attention to detail in both our new logo and upcoming new label jacket is phenomenal - we think people are going to be absolutely blown away with the look and feel of the branding.”
Phase two of Nutrabolics'® re-brand begins later this spring when they will launch a brand new label jacket on their products. Visit Facebook.com/nutrabolics or nutrabolics.com for details as they are released.
