Canadian Sport Centre Ontario Teams With Altus Dynamics
Online, May 4, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Altus Dynamics announces that they have been chosen to implement the Canadian Sport Centre Ontario's (CSCO) contact relationship management solution. Utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics xRM platform, the CSCO will have a single database to track coach and athlete information, services and athlete performance test results.
The xRM framework will allow the CSCO to extend the CRM solution beyond traditional customer relationship management to provide coaches and athletes with more actionable and insightful data. The xRM application will house athlete's performance test results and through integration with other Microsoft technologies like SharePoint, the athletes will be able to visit a portal where they can download this information, thus increasing communication and collaboration with their athletes and reduce the administrative burden on CSCO.
By using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a solution development framework, organizations, like CSCO can invest once, yet gain from multiple applications within their organization. Microsoft Dynamics CRM may drastically reduce the cost of future applications, paying back the cost of their initial investment.
"As an organization, CSCO is all about the athlete. We are focused on providing them with the resources and support to allow them to excel in their field. With that goal in mind we recognise the opportunity to improve our information systems to further strengthen that mission. Greater sharing and integration of data from our three pillars - Athlete and Coach Services, Sport Performance and Operations - we feel it is key to achieving our goal and Altus Dynamics provided the solution to help us do just that", commented Robin Witty, Director Business Operations at CSCO.
"CSCO was already familiar with the Microsoft CRM product as they were running a version of it already. What became increasingly important to CSCO was the need to find the right partner that understood both their vision and goals enabling them to successfully implement and use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet their needs. Once the Altus CRM team walked Robin and her team through this new and improved functionality and showed them how it could provide the desired solution they envisioned, they were eager to get started", commented Craig Kasperski, CRM Account Executive, Altus Dynamics.
Their appointment by Canadian Sport Centres of Ontario has further strengthened Altus' experience in the Not-for-Profit sporting sector, building on successes with the Vancouver Winter Olympics & Paralympics Organizing Committee (VANOC) and Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport. "We're delighted to be working with yet another prestigious Canadian sporting institution. We hope that our solutions make a real impact on the lives and performances of Canadian sportsmen and women and lead to many more top podium finishes in the future", commented Colin Dickinson, VP of Sales at Altus Dynamics.
