CandyDate Jobs India To List On Exhilway's Private Capital Market Website

Online, November 27, 2011 (Newswire.com) - CandyDate Jobs India (CJI), the leading human resource consultancy will list on Exhilway's upcoming Private Capital Market Solution website (PCMS) and will become the second company from India to opt for pre-IPO listing after StyleAdda.com, India's largest upcoming online shopping mall.

In January next year, Exhilway the Canada's 6th largest wealth management company will launch a platform similar to Sharespost.com where privately owned companies will offer their shares to general public and private equity (PE) investors before they go public. Over 90,000 private equity investors and 30,000 general public will participate on Exhilway's PCMS website.

"PCMS helps a company to find private equity investors and create a market capitalization before going public thus the real value of a share can be derived before going public. Investors get a chance to enter a company early thus the chances of making good money is possible, for the companies it can be an effective medium to raise money in early stages of setting up a business," said Ashok Jain, Senior Analyst with Bear Bull Securities.

CJI is the India's fifth largest human resource consultancy with the database of over 17 million job seekers, however the company is still making losses and is expecting to breakeven next year. The pre-IPO trading in its stock will commence in January next year and according to the company insiders CJI will command a valuation of US $190 million or INR 1009 crore on the basis of its ongoing discussions with PE investors.

CJI has some huge expansion plans which include setting up of an IT cloud campus and opening of 1500 franchisees pan India. CJI will launch its online job portal candydate.in next month to compete against established players like naukri.com and monster.com. CJI is an established player in northern India; however it has zero presence in southern India.
