Canmaking Industry Leaders Rally to Support CannedWater4Kids With Emergency Water Relief for Texas

SUSSEX, Wis., March 25, 2021 (Newswire.com) - That is what happened several weeks ago. An unexpected freeze hit Texas, leaving the people without access to safe drinking water. Four canmaking industry leaders immediately responded with welcome relief in the form of 100,800 aluminum 16-ounce bottles of premium drinking water. Those companies were Ball Corporation, INX International, Novelis and Roeslein.

"Clean, safe drinking water is a valuable resource. One doesn't realize how valuable until it is gone," said Greg Stromberg, CannedWater4Kids water charity Founder & CEO. "When we saw that Texas was in trouble, we knew we had to help. It was the right thing to do. It was remarkable how our partners within the canmaking industry rushed to help make our drinking water delivery possible. In total, we were able to deliver 100,800 16-ounce aluminum bottles of premium CW4K water."
