Carbon Verification and Certification Company Acquired by Global Leader

Online, June 29, 2010 (Newswire.com) - British company CICS (Complete Integrated Certification Services Ltd) announced today that it has agreed to acquire Houston, TX-based Dynasys Corp, an important player in the emerging U.S. carbon verification and management systems market. CICS is an important carbon verification provider in the United Kingdom and Europe.

The combined company also announced that it has launched a new Website at www.cicsglobal.com.

Kurt Teuscher, the president of Dynasys, will become president of the new subsidiary, CICS, Inc., and will be responsible for expanding the company's US field force of carbon verification experts and accredited quality management auditors.
